We are a flexible business. We don't have strict rules or guidelines to follow through in doing business. You are welcome to discuss with us on how to go through a order. The following procedures are just what we prefer to follow.
We do both wholesale and retail. The prices listed on our web site are retail prices. Please contact us for wholesale prices. We need to receive payments first before sending out goods. We can ship products all over the world.
We process orders in 2 ways according to different shipping method. We describe it in very detail to explain to those importers who have no such experience before. If you are very familiar with international import and export, you don't need to read it in full. Our procedures are same as other Chinese exporters.
We prefer payments sent through echeck through PayPal.
1) Shipment sent through courier service or post office:
The procedure is much simple. You could send us your order detail in email, fax, letter or
even over telephone. After we know your order details, we will calculate the total amount
for your order. The total amount includes products cost and shipping charges. We
will notify you this total amount. If you decide to go on, then you need to send us this
payment to our following bank account. After we receive your payment, we will send your
order out. (The time between we receive your payment and sending out the package vary upon
different order, please contact us first to know when we could send out your order,
usually it is at next business day or within 10 business days.) For courier service
provider, we choose DHL, TNT, UPS and FedEx. We choose different carrier to different
countries according to our experience. Usually it takes a week to reach you.
At the entry place of the destination, the courier service provider (carrier) will go
through the clearance procedure and the packages will be sent directly into your hands.
You can notice this procedure eliminate several steps in a formal or traditional exporting
procedure.

Retail order can be paid through a US online bank - Paypal.com . For wholesale order,
if you agree to pay the transaction fee charged by Paypal which is 3.9%, you can also pay
through Paypal. (Difference between a retail order and a wholesale order is whether all
the items are charged by retail prices or wholesale prices.)
For shipping charges, regarding courier service: the shipping charge is calculated in this
way:
There is a starting rate, then there is rate for every increase of 0.5 kilogram.
If the package weights over 25 kilograms, there is a premium rate.
For post office, there is options for air delivery or sea delivery, sea delivery is very
cheap.
The shipping rate vary upon different countries and may change from time to time.
2) Shipment sent through air freight or sea freight:
The first several steps are same as above. Only the total amount includes products cost,
shipping charges, insurance cost. After you know the total amount and decide to go on, we
need to sign a formal contract. After this, you need to send payment to us. After we
receive your payment, we will start to arrange sending your order out. (Also there will be
a period between receiving your payment and sending out the package. This period will be
longer than if sent through courier service or post office.) At the destination, the
packages will be sent to the international sea port or air port specified by you. Then the
shipment will be waiting there for you to pick them up. You need to prepare all the
necessary documents required by your Customs and go through the clearance procedure by
yourselves. After you go through this step, you then could send the shipment to your
address.
Please notice you are responsible for clearance at the entry place of your country. You
need to make sure before you place order what kind of documents needed and is there any
kind of restrictions on Chinese manufactured textile products. Also the shipment won't be
sent directly to your address. There is a minimum weight requirement for air freight and
sea freight. In a simple words: This procedure will go through every step in a formal or
traditional exporting procedure.
